Roger was appointed to the Oregon Public Utility Commission by Governor Roberts in 1992.
Previously, he was Oregon Rivers Council’s Community and Rivers Director, a Klamath County Commissioner, and Oregon Parks and Recreation Commissioner. He has been a rancher and farmer in Klamath County since 1971.

Art is a former Pacific Rivers board member and served for 23 years.
Art is a trial lawyer and senior shareholder of the law firm Johnson, Johnson, Clifton, Larson & Schaller PC.

Jim Lichatowich


Portland, OR

Jim has worked on Pacific salmon issues as a researcher, man- ager, and scientific advisor for 30 years.
He specializes in evaluation of the ecology and status of salmon and steelhead populations and the development of restoration plans. His book, Salmon Without Rivers is a history of the salmon crisis up to approximately 1980.

George was Senior Vice President and Director of the Capital Research and Management Company and President of The Income Fund of America until his retirement in 1996.
Prior to joining Capital in 1975, he was Director of Research for the Ameri- can Express Investment Management Company.
